Se servirá directamente en la dirección indicada en un máximo de 48-72 horas laborables en península, otras zonas consultar. La agencia será normalmente CTT Express. Coste único de 4,99 por pedido. Valor mínimo de pedido 5€. Envío gratis a partir de 150€
Artículos grandes paletizados (muebles, armarios, aparadores, etc. ):
Pueden variar desde 3 a 7 días hábiles. Esto dependerá del servicio de transporte contratado y sus dimensiones, consúltenos por e-mail o chat para obtener un tiempo más aproximado de un artículo en concreto. Envío gratuito.
Artículos Emuca:
Envío gratuito. Desde los 3 a 7 días hábiles según tamaño y agencia.
Para envíos fuera de península consúltenos por chat o e-mail. Pueden tener un coste adicional.
Cancelación flexible: Puede cancelar su pedido antes de que haya sido procesado o enviado, sin ningún coste. La transacción será anulada. Todas las transacciones son seguras y reguladas.
Si una confirmación de pedido de VicHome difiere de un pedido solicitado por el Cliente, el contrato se regirá de acuerdo con la confirmación del pedido, a menos que el Cliente rechace la confirmación del pedido por escrito en un plazo máximo de 24 horas desde la recepción, transcurrido el cual la confirmación del pedido realizada por VicHome, se entenderá aceptada por el Cliente.

How do refunds and cancellations work?
In the event of an order being cancelled due to a lack of stock or a catalogue error, a charge will be cancelled. In this case, the payment was not captured and will be cancelled by your bank, so you only need to check that the charge no longer appears on the day and time you made the purchase.
In the event of a refund due to warranty management or return, a partial or full refund will be issued as appropriate. Due to the fact that processing times at banks vary, it may take up to 10 business days before the refunded amount is received.
