How do refunds and cancellations work?

In the event of an order cancellation due to a lack of stock or a catalog error, the charge will be reversed. In this case, the payment was not captured and will be reversed by your bank. Therefore, you should simply check that the charge no longer appears on the day and time of purchase.

In the case of a refund due to warranty processing or a return, a partial or full refund will be issued as appropriate. Due to bank processing times that vary, it may take up to 10 business days before the refund is received.
