Guía de elección: para paredes y techos lisos elige rodillos de pelo corto/medio (5–12 mm). En superficies rugosas, usa pelo largo (13–22 mm). Las brochas/paletinas de cerda natural favorecen esmaltes sintéticos; las de filamento PBT rinden mejor con acrílicos y al agua. Selecciona cintas Maskin-Tape según soporte y tiempo de retirada (interior/exterior, baja adhesión para delicados). Para masillas y pladur, espátulas de acero inoxidable con hoja flexible. Mezcla bien pinturas densas con mezclador eléctrico y regula caudal en encaladoras para evitar velos.
Rendimiento orientativo: litros ≈ (superficie m² × manos) ÷ cobertura (m²/L). Como referencia general, 8–12 m²/L por mano en plástica mate sobre paredes selladas. Ajusta por textura, color de fondo (blanco vs. oscuro) y absorción del soporte.
Preguntas frecuentes
¿Qué brocha o paletina elegir para esmaltes al agua frente a sintéticos?
Para esmaltes al agua funcionan mejor filamentos sintéticos PBT, que dejan menos marca. En sintéticos/solventes, la cerda natural conserva más producto y ofrece buena nivelación.
¿Qué pelo de rodillo necesito para no dejar textura?
En paredes lisas, 5–9 mm minimiza piel de naranja. En gotelé o fachadas rugosas, 18–22 mm asegura carga y cobertura. Escoge mangos con buen agarre para reducir fatiga.
¿Cómo evitar que la cinta de enmascarar levante la pintura?
Limpia y seca el soporte antes de aplicar, presiona bien el borde y retira la cinta en diagonal cuando la pintura esté al tacto, sin esperar a su curado completo.
¿Cuánta pintura compro para dos manos en 55 m²?
Con cobertura 9 m²/L: (55 × 2) ÷ 9 ≈ 12,2 L. Redondea al envase superior y guarda margen si el soporte es poroso o cambias a un color muy cubriente.
