Nural- 34 Gray (1 Tablet 50 Grams).
- 1 Tablet 50 grams.
- Pattex Nural 34 glues, fills, rebuilds and seals (cracks, holes, fissures and joints) permanently. Once hardened it can be sanded, polished, drilled, machined and painted.
- Bonds to iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome plated steel, nickel plated steel, aluminium, copper, brass, tin and lead. Also suitable for glass, crystal, fibreglass, plastics, wood, marble, cement and asbestos.
- Instructions for use:
1. The surfaces to be joined must be free of dust and grease. To do this, they can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone.
2. Sand surfaces whenever possible. Adhesion on rough surfaces is greater than on smooth surfaces.
3. Cut equal portions in volume (equal length) of both components.
4. Knead until a uniform color is achieved. It is recommended to use gloves.
5. Apply the product. Ensure good contact with the surface to be repaired.
- Mixing and handling time: You have 1 hour to mix and apply the product.
- Handling time: 3 hours. Do not move or subject to stress until this time has passed.
- Hardening time: After 6 hours it can withstand 30 kg/cm2. This resistance allows the product to be sanded, machined or drilled. These values ​​are valid for temperatures between 20 and 25ºC. To speed up hardening, the joint or repair can be subjected to a temperature of around 70ºC, on the other hand, low temperatures delay hardening. While it hardens, it is recommended to keep the joined or repaired piece above 15ºC.
- Thermal resistance: -30ºC to +150ºC. In joints subject to high stress, it is recommended not to exceed +70ºC.
- Shear tensile strength (EN 1465): 50 Kg/cm2 (24 hours, 23ºC, steel).
