Nebulization kit.
- Easy-to-install water mist air conditioning. Lowers the temperature by up to 11ºC. Creates a cooling curtain that isolates the external heat from the cooled air. Its effectiveness is based on the characteristics of water evaporation. Designed for outdoor use and optimal operation occurs with a water pressure of between 3.5 and 12 bar (50 to 200 psi).
- For best results, place the misting nozzle line around the area to be cooled. This will create a cooling curtain that will isolate the external heat from the cooled interior. First, mark the desired location of each nozzle and cut the pipe to the required length. We suggest a distance between the T-pieces of between 50 and 60 cm. The maximum size of the installation depends on the pressure and flow rate provided by your water network.
- For a direct installation from the network, it is possible to install more than 70 nozzles, but it will be necessary to test how many can be installed without compromising the quality of the spray. Expansion: you can expand the installation as you wish with the accessories that we provide. Filtration: the misting system, in order to be reliable and long-lasting, requires that the supply water does not contain impurities.
- If necessary, install a filter system to prolong the life of this product. Maintenance: At the end of the season we recommend that you follow these instructions: Drain the water from the pipe. To do this, disconnect the pipe from the tap. Remove the misting nozzles and install them when the system needs to be used again. You can install the specific caps for protection.
- If the misting nozzles become clogged, soak them in a 12% hydrochloric acid solution (commercially known as 24% hydrochloric acid) for 30 minutes. Then rinse with plenty of clean water. Contents: 1 3/4-1/4 tap adapter, 6 1/4 automatic tees for nozzle, 7 brass nozzles, 1 1/4 nozzle end plug, 15 holding clips, 15 meters of 1/4 pipe.
