- Inner cover made of cotton and outer cover made of velvet.
- Filled with wheat seeds and lavender. Can be used for both heat and cold.

- The wheat seeds release a gentle heat for about 20 minutes and the lavender provides a pleasant scent (The lavender scent may fade over time with use).

- Hot use:
> Remove the velvet cover and heat the cotton bag in the microwave according to the following instructions:
> Depending on the power of your microwave, the heating times are:
500 Watts -> 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
700 Watts -> 2 minutes.
> Check the temperature and avoid direct and prolonged contact with the skin when leaving the microwave: it may cause burns. Improper use or overheating may cause bodily injury or fire.
> It can be used to relieve general pain such as body pain, neck, shoulders, waist, back, legs, arms, menstrual pain or any symptoms that recommend dry heat.

- Cold use:
> Place the bag of seeds in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for 1 hour, it will provide a pleasant coolness.
> They can be used for toothache (always external use), fever, headache, bumps, swelling, muscle inflammation, sprains


- Recommendations:
- Always keep the cover on. Not suitable for children under three years of age. For use in children over 3 years of age, it must be used under adult supervision.
- If the cover is damaged, or if smoke appears during heating, stop immediately. The product is no longer usable.
- Do not use the microwave with the grill on and it is not suitable for use in the oven.
- Wait for the product to reach room temperature and be dry before placing it back in the microwave.
- Do not machine wash the product. Clean the surface with a damp sponge and allow it to dry completely before storing or using. The outer velvet cover can be hand washed. Wait until it is dry before putting it back on.
