Industrial wheels
Industrial wheels are designed for moving loads on trolleys, racks, scaffolding, and work equipment, where mechanical resistance, continuous rolling, and stability under load are required. The correct choice depends on the total supported weight (kg), the type of floor, and the fastening system.
In professional applications, it is common to work with diameters between 80 and 200 mm to improve rolling on uneven surfaces, as well as with specific materials depending on the use: polyurethane for high wear resistance, rubber for vibration absorption, and polyamide or nylon for high loads on smooth surfaces.
Technical selection criteria
- Load per wheel (kg): size according to total distributed weight and continuous use.
- Diameter: larger diameter improves rolling and overcomes obstacles.
- Tread material: polyurethane (intensive), rubber (quiet), nylon (high load).
- Mounting type: plate for stable structures, bolt or through-hole for direct mounting.
- With or without brake: necessary for mobile equipment or work areas.
Range oriented towards intensive use, technical replacement, and operational continuity, with compatible references for the uninterrupted maintenance of trolleys, scaffolding, and equipment.
