Dessert knife with martensitic stainless steel blade, with high chromium content, with excellent mechanical characteristics, reaching a minimum hardness of 48 HRc.

Composition Average: 0.30% carbon (C), 13.70% chromium (Cr), 0.30% manganese (Mn), 0.20% silicon (Si)

The handle is made of compressed wood sheet impregnated with phenolic resin, stainless steel and polypropylene, in order to improve the resistance to water, hardness and durability of the piece when used in the dishwasher.

In the case of having rivets, they can be stainless steel wax drop, brass or aluminum tongue and groove depending on the model.
