This integrating sound level meter is a small portable device with many functions, such as peak measurement, Leq value calculation, and adjustable measuring ranges. The sound level meter integrates the MAX function, which allows you to freeze the maximum measured value on the screen. This allows you to analyze whether a limit value has actually been exceeded. The special feature of the integrating sound level meter is the Leq value, which, after entering the measurement time, indicates the equivalent continuous sound level, i.e., the time-averaged total noise exposure over the set period of time.
The integrating sound level meter has a memory for 99 values that can be retrieved on the screen. The backlit display makes reading the values easy. It also integrates an automatic shutdown function, turning off the integrating sound level meter after 10 minutes of inactivity.
When the battery symbol lights up on the screen, you should replace the three 1.5 V AAA batteries. This class 2 integrating sound level meter is used in workplaces for the acoustic protection of workers or simply for quickly measuring ambient noise.
Class II acoustic calibrator with different sound pressure levels
The calibration frequency used by this acoustic calibrator is 1000 Hz with a sine wave. Compared to other calibrators, this acoustic calibrator has three different reference levels: 94 dB, 104 dB, and 114 dB. With a single button press, you can change the reference level. This acoustic calibrator, unlike other calibrators, has an additional reference level of 104 dB. This acoustic calibrator works with an accuracy of ±0.4 dB. This allows you to check the accuracy of sound meters and, if necessary, adjust them. Optionally, you can request a calibration certificate for the acoustic calibrator.
The acoustic calibrator is powered by 2 x 1.5 V AA batteries with a battery life of approximately 50 hours. The integrated automatic shutdown turns off the acoustic calibrator after 20 minutes of inactivity.
