Shipping Policy

All of our products come from distributors in Spain. Below are the shipping times and costs for Spain and Portugal:

📦 AFT, Wolfpack, Maurer, Samurai, Papillon, Oryx, Alpen, Yamato and other products (hardware, tools, professional products):

• Delivery within 48 to 72 business hours on the peninsula.
• Transport agency: CTT Express .
• Fixed cost: €4.99 per order (minimum order: €5).
• Free shipping on orders over €150.
• Balearic Islands: €9.99 per shipment.

🧩 Emuca articles:

• Cost according to weight:
  • From €3.99 up to 2 kg
  • From €4.99 up to 5 kg
• Delivery between 3 and 7 business days , depending on size and agency.
• Balearic Islands: additional shipping charge of €2.99.

🏠 General items (other brands, dyes, household goods):

• Shipping cost: €3.79

❌ Cancellations and security

• You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been processed or shipped.
• In that case, the transaction will be cancelled.
• All purchases at VicHome are safe and regulated .

📧 Order confirmation

If the order confirmation sent by VicHome does not match the requested order, the contract will follow the terms of said confirmation, unless the customer rejects it in writing within a maximum period of 24 hours of receipt.

After this period, it will be understood that the customer accepts the confirmation sent by us.
